CircleLink Closes $5M Financing with Riverside Acceleration Capital and I2BF Global Ventures

We are pleased to announce that CircleLink has raised $5M of equity and revenue financing led by Riverside Acceleration Capital and I2BF Global Ventures, with participation from existing investors Fresco Capital and FundersClub. New investors joining the round include K5 Global (Bryan Baum) and Metropolis.vc.

Following 5X growth in 2020, this additional capital will fortify our core Chronic Care Management (CCM) platform as well as our newly launched Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform extension. We’ll also invest in hiring for sales, product and other areas in service of our mission: Improving chronic condition outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.

We could not be happier with these investors. Riverside Acceleration Capital, part of $10B private equity firm Riverside Company, is a growth equity investor and lender focused on growing B2B software companies. They invest across multiple industries, including their recent healthcare investment in Keona Health, plus recent successful exits with Doctor.com and Connexient. As part of the investment, Jim Toth, managing partner, will be joining the board of CircleLink as an observer. We’ve known Jim for years and are excited to have him onboard.

I2BF has invested in some of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS startups and pre-IPO companies. They’ve been an early backer of CircleLink and truly fantastic partners over the years. We are excited to continue the partnership with Ilya, Greg and Mike. As part of the transaction, Greg Yefremov, principal at I2BF, will be joining the board as an observer.

With these additional resources and expertise, we’re energized to continue building a world-class preventative care platform to improve health, reduce costs, and accelerate the transition to fee-for-value.

About: CircleLink is an online platform and telephone nurse service using data and product to better remotely manage patients with chronic and behavioral conditions between doctor visits, on behalf of those doctors ($10B addressable market).

Through our Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) solutions, providers can improve health and earn new Medicare payments (up to $100K/year of profits per doctor). CircleLink makes it easy by handling patient targeting, enrollment, sensor logistics and integration with popular EHRs so doctors can stay on one system. CircleLink uses 100% registered nurses for meaningful remote patient engagement on doctors’ behalf.
